RETURNING/EXCHANGING PURCHASED FOOTWEAR AT fevershoes.COM

We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. You may exchange most merchandise, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, unworn and original packaging within 14 days of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS! Once your footwear has shipped it cannot be canceled. If you are not pleased with your purchased footwear, you may receive a store credit ONLY within 14 days of purchase. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of any returned item(s) prior to our receipt while in transit. All orders returned after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim and send you a pre-paid shipping return slip for you to return the merchandise. Once we have received the items, we will immediately send out a replacement to you. If your purchased footwear does not fit, you may exchange it for another size within 14 days, No Exceptions and you will not receive a refund. If the item/size you are exchanging is not available, you will receive a store credit and not a monetary refund. If you are returning a gift, you will receive a web merchandise credit. All items on Sale, Special, or at a Reduced Price are FINAL SALE (no returns, no exchanges)! Please remember all merchandise returned or exchanged must be in its original condition (new), and in box. Adverse weather may cause a delay in shipping. If this happens, we apologize for any delays but cannot control the weather and will not be responsible for any delays nor will any refunds on the cost of shipping nor the cost of a purchase be refunded.

In the case of an exchange: You will be charged for the shipment of your replacement item UNLESS there was an error on the company's behalf.
For example: If the incorrect size or color was shipped.

You may ship the shoes to: FEVER P.O.BOX 974 Tyrone, GA 30290. Shoes must be received within 14 days, NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be charged for the shipment of your replacement item UNLESS there was an error on the companies behalf. The shipping charge will be emailed to you. Once it is paid, your item will be shipped and your UPS tracking information will be emailed to you. When exchanging securely pack your merchandise with the invoice or sales receipt. Please notate the reason and size you are exchanging for. Ship UPS, FED EX, or USPS. Please insure your package and receive tracking information. We'll process your exchange within 7 days of receipt. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed. If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive a store credit.
