How do I exchange my merchandise?

You may ship the shoes to:

You will be charged for the shipment of your replacement item UNLESS there was an error on the company’s behalf.

     • Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice. Please notate the reason and size you are exchanging for.

     • Ship UPS, FED EX, or USPS. Please insure your package and receive tracking information.

     • We'll process your exchange within 7 days of receipt, you may only receive a store credit if the item you purchased was the original price. If you provided an email
       address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.

     • If the requested exchange item is not available, you will receive a store credit. Merchandise credits will be issued for gifts. If you paid with a gift card, the debited
       amount will be returned in the form of a new gift card.

If we do not have your exchange size we will notify you via email of the next delivery date. Please write the requested size on the Sales Receipt Slip and place inside the box. Unfortunately, we do not pay for exchange shipments unless there was an error on our part. When receiving the exchange they will be shipped back COD or you may request an invoice be emailed to you for payment.

Anything that is/was not the original price is final sale.

NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:
If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim and send you a pre-paid shipping return slip for you to return the merchandise. Once we have received the items, we will immediately send out a replacement to you. If your purchased footwear does not fit, you may exchange it for another size, but will not receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Ordering & Payment
You may place your order at
www.FEVERSHOES.com using our secure server. Once you have added the item(s) to your shopping cart, you can start the checkout process by selecting the type of payment and clicking the “check out" from the “cart contents” page.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards that have a U.S. billing address. We also accept debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo. In addition you may use PAYPAL.

We do NOT accept cash, checks, money orders, prepaid gift/debit cards, international credit cards, some ATM cards, or COD purchases.

Sales Tax: We charge sales tax as applicable by state law for orders placed, billed, or shipped in the State of Georgia only. All orders placed in the state of Georgia will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to the total order, and to shipping and handling charges where required.

Orders placed outside of the state of Georgia, and shipped outside the state of Georgia will not be charged tax.

Shoe/Sizing
How do your shoes run? That typically varies upon the “make” of the shoe. We have a size chart on every style page to assist customers as well as helpful hints in red. For example: if it states that the shoes run one half size large you would need to purchase a size 8 if you are a 8 in a half . If it does not state that you would need to purchase your actual shoe size.

What is the width of your shoes? All shoes are medium width. We do not carry wide, or narrow.

What is the smallest and largest sizes you have? All size availability per style is provided on that style page. We start at size 5 and the largest size we carry is size 11

Other F.A.Q.
How do I change or cancel an order? Once your footwear has shipped it cannot be canceled. We process your order almost immediately after it is submitted to ensure that you will receive your product in the quickest possible time. Therefore, cancellations or changes to your order are not possible. Once you receive your merchandise, you may exchange your unworn merchandise in the original packaging to:

Do you ship outside the United States? For all international orders please email orders@fevershoes.com prior to ordering. If shipping outside of the U.S.A. we ship via UPS only. Additional shipping fee’s will apply as our shipping is based on U.S.A. shipping quotes ONLY. Any additional fees from your particular country may apply such as customs etc.. in which you, the purchaser will be liable for all cost. UPS will provide the cost upon delivery of your purchase and FEVER will not be responsible for any additional fee’s.

What are your shipping methods and charges? We ship via UPS Only to a physical address unless requested different with an exchange. Shipping takes 2-3 business days once shipped. Once the item has shipped your UPS tracking information will be emailed to you. To P.O. BOX’s and APO’s we ship via USPS. If shipping outside of the U.S.A. we ship via UPS only. Additional shipping fee’s will apply as our shipping is based on U.S.A. shipping quotes ONLY. Any additional fees from your particular country may apply such as customs etc.. in which you, the purchaser will be liable for all cost. UPS will provide the cost upon delivery of your purchase and FEVER will not be responsible for any additional fee’s.

When will my size be back in stock? Occasionally, when additional inventory is anticipated, we may accept backorders knowing that more inventory will soon arrive. Typically, however, if a size is not currently available, we will not be able to know if or when we may get more inventory.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, we charge sales tax as applicable by state law for the state of Georgia only.


Do you offer price adjustments? We do not offer price adjustments.

What type of payments to you accept? We at FEVER accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

When will my shoes ship?
Unless pre-ordered, your shoes will ship within 24-48 hours (business days only). If on back-order your shoes will ship within 3 days of the back ordered date unless otherwise indicated.

What does Pre-Order mean? Pre-order means that shoes are not in stock at the present time and due to the high demand, in order to secure a purchase, a pre-order is recommended.

Is my card charged at the time of a purchase including a Pre-order?
Yes, once an order is placed you are charged immediately.

What does back order mean?
Back order means that the shoes have completely sold out and are expected to arrive on the date provided.

Can I get my shoes earlier than the established ship date?
Although we try to ship all shoes out immediately, your shoes will ship within 24-48 hours unless on back-order. If you pre-ordered the shoes, you were given a expected ship date which is the date your shoes are expected to ship.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, prior to shipping . Once your item has shipped you may NOT cancel your Pre-order, you may at that point be able to exchange only. You may cancel your pre-order by emailing orders@fevershoes.com or info@fevershoes.com prior to your ship date. If your shoes have already shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Will I be notified when my order ships? Yes, you will receive email notification from UPS at the email that was provided at the time of purchase.

Can I check the status of my purchase?
You may email orders@fevershoes.com, or info@fevershoes.com for an update on your order.


If UPS sends my order back to you, can you send it back to me?
UPS charges for the purchased item to be returned to us, and for it to be returned to you. If you did not retrieve your package from UPS when it was shipped to you and it is returned to us, you must RE-PURCHASE shipping for your footwear to be re-shipped back to you.

I was unable to retrieve my purchased footwear from UPS and they mailed it back to you, can you send it back to me?
UPS charges for the purchased item to be returned to us, and for it to be returned to you. If you did not retrieve your package from UPS when it was shipped to you and it is returned to us, you must
RE-PURCHASE shipping for your footwear to be re-shipped back to you.

Can I view the entire collection? Styles are updated on the website periodically. So check back periodically for FEVER's new styles.

Where are FEVER shoes sold at?
FEVER’s products are sold online at www.fevershoes.com, and also at boutiques throughout the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Africa, and the Caribbean. Please email us at info@fevershoes.com for a list of boutiques and retail stores that carry the brand.

You may purchase all FEVER’s products online at www.fevershoes.com

Would like WHOLESALE Information?

You would need to email wholesale@fevershoes.com and a wholesale representative will email you in regards to the wholesale process and will be able to assist with any questions you may have pertaining to wholesale inquiries.

How do I exchange or return my merchandise?

What size shoe should I purchase?
Unfortunately we are not able to recommend any purchase sizes due to the fact every customers foot and make is different. We do recommend you refer to the sizing chart on that particular style. We have a size chart on every style page to assist customers as well as helpful hints in red. For example: if it states that the shoes run one half size large you would need to purchase a size 8 if you are a 8 in a half . If it does not state that you would need to purchase your actual shoe size. We also try to place notes on the items to assist you with purchasing as well but cannot “tell” you what size to wear.

Do you have a certain style or size ….. in this style?  All sizes shown on the website are the sizes we have available in that particular style.


I was charged tax and should not have been? Your tax charges will be refunded to you within 2 business days.


I would like to purchase an item via the phone and not the web?

Due to fraudulent reasons all orders must be placed online at www.fevershoes.com. Please note when placing an order, your billing and shipping information must match.

I am having trouble placing an order?

We apologize that you are having difficulties placing an order.Please note that your billing and shipping information must match. If you continue having difficulties you may select the PAYPAL option, and purchase our footwear via PAYPAL. Please be sure to insure that your shipping address is correct when purchasing via PAYPAL. The shipping address provided via PAYPAL, will be the address your purchased footwear is shipped to.

My card was charged several times and my order did not go through?

We apologize that you seem to be having difficulties placing an order. If your order was not complete and did not process properly we do not have any of your monetary funds. You would need to contact your banking institution or current card holder/provider to release any and all funds pending. If charges are pending on your bank account and your order did not process properly you must notify your banking institution immediately as we do not have any charges, holds, nor pending statuses of your transaction because your card was declined. Once a card is declined we do not hold any funds. If charges are pending your banking institution must remove all charges.
